“The guide didn’t turn up at the appointed time at 12:50, 10 minutes before the start of the excursion. I tried calling him, he didn’t answer. I got in touch with GYG who also tried calling him and he still didn’t answer. I waited as I thought he was possibly stuck in traffic, but after 40 minutes of waiting, I gave up and left. I was in Malaga for the day and had really wanted to do this, so my time was wasted. There were no other bookings available at short notice.
