Paula our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food and history of Malaga , very bubbly and a great guide. We visited the oldest vinery in Malaga and sampled a traditional wine with nibbles. Then into the food market where local traders offered sampling or meats, cheeses, nuts, figs ect. Paula gave great explanations of how families would traditionally come together to eat and typical dishes such as Pork in butter , one of her favourites. Our last stop was a beautiful little restaurant near a church where we had seafood salad…”
