“A great tapas tour with Jose Luis around the central district in Malaga. We visited some great eateries including g El Pimpi which was on our must eat there itinerary. Make sure you are hungry as this tour offers a huge amount of food! We had a really lovely group. Only 7 of us in total which allowed us to share a wide variety of dishes and tase some local wines. We do a food tour in most cities when we visit and this is one of the best we have been on.”

He is friendly and accommodated the tour to our interests, pace and tastes. He was attentive to us as we navigated uneven paths up and down to historic castles, etc. Lots of tips about food and customs. Plus directions to shops and restaurants that catered to our needs. “I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in traditional food and its history. Paula our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food and history of Malaga , very bubbly and a great guide. We visited the oldest vinery in Malaga and sampled a traditional wine with nibbles. Then into the food market where local traders offered sampling or meats, cheeses, nuts, figs ect. Paula gave great explanations of how families would traditionally come together to eat and typical dishes such as Pork in butter , one of her favourites. Our last stop was a beautiful little restaurant near a church where we had seafood salad…”
